The refurbishment of a modest warehouse required a change of use and it resulted in a design that saw the boundary-to-boundary building be divided into three main spaces: parking, services and 175 m2 of office space.
The challenge was that of relocating a company that has had a long standing traditional image in the business community of developers of West Perth to a new, more vibrant and contemporary office in Subiaco. This was the requirement of the new generation of directors who wished to work in a more visible urban environment, craved for more connection to street life and desired an open plan working environment.
