QV1 is an iconic 43 storey modernist tower located at the western end of Perth’s most prestigious terrace. Designed by internationally renowned architect Harry Seidler AC, QV1 was completed in 1991 and was the largest single building project in the CBD at the time. With a 14m high ceiling, travertine marble walls and polished granite columns, QV1’s impressive lobby lets you know you have arrived at a premium destination.  

 QV1 also features a personalised concierge service, conference centre, community garden, childcare centre, gymnasium, three tennis courts, a basketball court, an exclusive executive car park, public car park and premium end of trip facilities. 

 Recently completed in July 2018, the QV1 Plaza has been reimagined into an urban-community environment. Created as a counterpoint to the modernist architecture of the building, QV1 Plaza provides a place for people to meet, eat and relax, and is a key dining precinct for Perth’s West End. QV1 Plaza offers a diversity of food and beverage experiences across breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as cultural and seasonal events. It is currently home to Eat House, Mary Street Bakery, Zensaki Japanese Canteen and Tiny's Restaurant and Liquor Emporium.
