Heritage House Cultural Centre
Heritage House, Gallery + Cultural Centre was built in 1904 for the South Perth Road Board. This Federation Free Style building has strong cultural heritage significance. Located at the junction of Mends Street and Mill Point Road this building has associations with the development of the suburb, South Perth. Reflecting a time when Road Board offices were a public expression of civic pride. Housing both historical exhibits and the May* and Herbert Gibbs Gallery.

The site lies within a unique group of red brick historic buildings that includes the Windsor Hotel (1898), the former Mechanics Institute (1899) now the Old Mill Theatre, the Post Office (1900) the Police Station (1908) and the South Perth Bowling Club (1916)
